By accessing or using The Ring AI ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

The Ring AI is a mini-app within the World App ecosystem that enables users to interact with generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs), image generation, video, and audio processing. The App utilizes third-party APIs and models to provide these services. User interactions, such as chats and images, are stored and linked to a unique identifier; however, we do not store personal user information in our database.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the App responsibly and refrain from:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to interfere with the App's operation or security.

4. Use of Third-Party APIs and Models

The App integrates with third-party APIs and models to deliver its services. Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App is not responsible for the content or services provided by these third parties.
  • Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  • The App does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of outputs generated by third-party models.

5. Payments, Credits, and Expiration

  • Users may purchase or receive credits within the App to access certain services.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • If an account remains inactive for a period of one (1) year, meaning no credits are spent or purchased during this time, the associated user credits will expire. Expired credits cannot be restored.

6. Data Storage and Privacy

While we do not store personal user information, we collect and store user interactions (e.g., chats and images) linked to a unique identifier to enhance user experience and improve our services. 7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, excluding user-generated content and third-party materials, are the property of The Ring AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ring AI team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Ring AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

The Ring AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Third-Party Services: Our App utilizes API endpoints from Fal.ai, which may relay calls to other APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, among others. These services may collect data as per their respective privacy policies. Data relayed to third party services cannot be linked to users outside our own servers, meaning, third parties cannot link our data to users except if there is a security breach.
  • Credit Usage: If an account remains inactive for one (1) year, meaning no credits are spent or purchased, the associated user credits will expire. Expired credits cannot be restored.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Enhancing User Experience: The collected data helps us understand user preferences and improve the App's functionality.
  • Service Provision: Data is used to facilitate interactions with third-party APIs to provide the services offered by the App.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain user interaction data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Generated files are guaranteed to be available for at least 7 days; after that, they may be deleted at any time. We recommend that you download and store any files you wish to keep for longer.
